What Offstage is

A public research record comparing marketing claims to primary documents: court filings, corporate registries, blockchain explorers, and archived web pages. No author is named. No investor personal data appears on this site.

What counts as a source

  • Government registries (ACRA, houjin-bango, Nevada SOS, FSA)
  • Court records (PACER, Clark County)
  • On-chain data (Solscan, Solana explorers)
  • Official agency databases (SEC EDGAR, CertiK Skynet)
  • Wayback Machine snapshots of issuer websites

What we do not publish

  • Unverified gossip or victim chat excerpts
  • Claims without a linked primary source
  • Personal data of bondholders or researchers
  • Identity assertions where sources do not confirm

Corrections

Pages show a last-verified date. When primary sources change, pages update.
